"Customer service really disappointed me"
Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the customer service here was disappointing. I reached out expecting at least some help, but I didn’t really get any support or useful answers.

I tried to exchange my order and it turned into way more hassle than it should’ve been. The return process was such a nightmare, and after dealing with all of that, I don’t feel like I can trust them with another order.

"Cute, but really not worth the price"
I ordered from shopminnow thinking it would feel a little more special for the price, but it was just okay, just okay. The item is cute, but it feels basic in person, and once I added shipping, the total felt way too high for what it was. I’ve seen really similar stuff for less elsewhere, so I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the prices come down.

"site feels outdated"
i had a hard time browsing the website. everything feels kind of cluttered, and the colors don’t really work together, so it comes across as messy and dated.

"Cute enough, but you can tell it’s cheap"
It’s cute at first glance, and I’ll give it credit for looking nice in photos. But once you actually hold it, the quality feels a little flimsy and cheaper than I expected

"Cute dresses, but the sizing was way off"
I really wanted these dresses to work because they’re super cute, but they ran incredibly small. I ordered what should’ve fit and ended up having to return both. felt a little ignored as a customer, like the sizing feedback or details weren’t really taken seriously...
